Work with me

Understanding yourself more deeply.

Therapy is an invitation to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and understand the patterns that have shaped your life. From there, change often unfolds naturally.

My approach

What working together feels like

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded.

I'll ask thoughtful questions, help you notice patterns, gently challenge long-held assumptions, and make space for both insight and practical change. Some sessions may feel reflective. Others may be more focused, active, or skill-based. We follow what feels most useful, while always keeping sight of the larger picture.

Answers to common questions

A different question? Get in touch.

What happens first?

A free 20-minute consultation. We talk, I answer questions, and you get a real sense of how I work before anything is scheduled.

Where do sessions happen?

Telehealth, throughout Maine, on a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.

How long are sessions, and how often?

50 minutes, typically weekly at the start. Cadence adjusts as the work settles in.

I am currently self-pay only and am happy to provide a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. I will be taking a few insurance plans come the fall of 2026.

What are your fees?

Individual psychotherapy is $150/session. I also offer a sliding scale depending on the circumstance, please inquire.

Do you offer groups, workshops, or retreats?
