About

Hi, I'm Kate.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent years studying nutrition, movement, and holistic health. I was fascinated by why people struggled to create lasting change. Again and again, I found myself drawn toward a deeper question—not what people should do, but what kept them feeling stuck in the first place. That curiosity eventually led me to psychotherapy, where I found the work I was meant to do.

Working Together

I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling safe enough to be fully yourself. My work is grounded primarily in psychodynamic psychotherapy while thoughtfully integrating my backgrounds in nutrition, holistic health, mindfulness, and movement when they support your goals. What you'll experience is someone paying close, unhurried attention.

A holistic through-line

Long before I trained as a therapist, I was immersed in nutrition, yoga, movement, and health coaching. Those experiences continue to shape how I see people today—not as separate minds and bodies, but as whole human beings whose emotional, physical, and relational lives are deeply connected.
